Refund & Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective cooler, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@celsiuscooler.co.za. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
