Does the ice really last 36 hours?

Yes — under normal use (kept closed, out of direct sun) our vacuum-sealed insulation holds ice for up to 36 hours. Opening it frequently on a hot day will shorten that slightly, which is true of any cooler.

Is it waterproof, or just water-resistant?

Fully waterproof. The airtight silicone seal keeps water out and your ice in, so it's safe by the pool, at the beach, or in the rain.

Does it float?

It's buoyant when sealed and not fully loaded, but we'd still recommend keeping it within reach rather than testing its sea legs.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the interior and exterior with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals, which can damage the ABS shell over time.
